Warranty Policy
All Items purchased from us carry a one-year warranty unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
If the product is Dead On Arrival (DOA) within the first three days after receiving delivery then we will schedule a courier pickup to collect the defective unit and after inspection we will issue a replacement or a refund within 1-2 working days.
For any products that are sent to repair outside the DOA period, replacement/repair should not take more than 2-30 days once the product is received. During this period while a product is being processed, we usually provide a temporary replacement part to provide our customers with a smooth experience.
