Shipping within UAE
Once your order processing is completed, it will ship the same day for orders placed before 1PM with delivery arriving the next working day. Orders above AED 999 are eligible for free Shipping. Deliveries are done between 9:00am and 8:00pm Monday - Saturday.
Shipping Within GCC
We use DHL Express for shipments headed to the GCC. Most orders are delivered within 1-4 working days. Customers must note that the international shipping attracts a range of local taxes, duties, brokerages and governmental duties or third party fees. We will ensure that these fees are included in your order upfront and no extra surprise fees will be collected from you when you receive your order. Customers may be requested to present a valid ID and sign on high value shipments.
